Our office for Fortas Realtors Private Limited is tucked away in Kaveri Nagar, over in Moulivakkam. We are at 14A, Sri Devi Garden. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s a quiet enough spot for us to work. We’ve been here in the Kancheepuram district side for a bit now. The 600116 area has changed a lot lately with more houses going up everywhere you look. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us at the desk, while the rest are out at site locations. It’s not a big glass office or anything like that. Just a regular place where we keep our files and meet people. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit messy around here, but that’s just how it is. We handle the usual property stuff that comes our way. People from the neighborhood stop by to chat about land or houses. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We’ve got a few chairs for visitors and some old maps on the wall. It gets the job done. We like being in this part of Chennai because it feels a bit more grounded than the busy hubs. Most of our day is spent checking on things or talking to builders. The ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but we’ve stopped noticing it. We just focus on the folders and the phone calls.
