Our office is on the second floor of Elohim Mall, which is over in S.A.P. Colony in Avadi. It is right on HVF Road, quite close to the temple, so it is a pretty easy landmark for most people around here to find. We do a mix of things, mostly focused on learning and helping companies with their human resources needs. It sounds a bit technical, but really, we just help people get trained and help businesses find the right folks to hire. Being in a mall is convenient because there is usually parking and it’s easy to grab a coffee nearby. The office itself is number 15. It’s a functional space where we conduct interviews and hold some training sessions. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are a small team that likes to get things done without too much fuss. Avadi is a busy area, and we have a lot of local people coming in looking for work or wanting to improve their skills. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to managers and looking through resumes. It can be repetitive, but it’s good work. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a big marketing budget. We just use our space in Elohim Mall to connect people with the right opportunities. If you are in the 2nd floor area, you can just walk in and see what we are up to.
