Designbox Arch Engineering & Construction Private Limited

Our office for Designbox Arch Engineering & Construction Private Limited is tucked away on 10th Street in Kamarajnagar. It is out in the Avadi area of Thiruvallur, so it’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the middle of Chennai. We have been at No.23 for some time now. The building is pretty basic but it works for what we do every day. Usually, there is a lot of noise from the street, but inside we just try to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and making sure everything matches up with the projects we have going on. It’s not a large team here, just a handful of us who know the local area well. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, which can be annoying when we are trying to send out emails, but we manage. Most of the people around here know us as the construction folks on the corner. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything fancy. People just find us by word of mouth or by seeing the office when they walk past. It’s a practical setup with enough room for our tools and some desks. We keep it pretty casual around here, so you might see us drinking tea outside while we discuss the next job. That is just how we operate in this part of town and it keeps us busy.
