Our office is located at No.882 in Sakthi Towers, which is on MTH Road in Padi. If you’ve ever driven through Padi, you know it’s a busy industrial and commercial hub. There is always a lot of traffic and activity around the towers. We operate Chendur Hotels & Resorts from this spot. It’s a practical location for us because it’s easy to get to, even if the road gets a bit jammed sometimes. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us working at our desks. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone making fancy brochures. We just handle the day-to-day operations of our hotels and resorts. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, while other days are about sorting through administrative tasks. It can be a bit noisy outside with all the vehicles on MTH Road, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been in Sakthi Towers for a while and it feels like a good fit for what we do. We aren't a high-flying corporate group with polished speeches. We are just regular people who know the hospitality business and work hard at it. We keep things simple and direct. There is always a lot to manage, but we take it one step at a time. It’s a busy life, but being right here in Padi keeps us close to the heart of the action in this part of town. No fancy stuff, just real people doing the work.
