We’re located over in Redhills, which is on the outskirts of Chennai in the Thiruvallur district. Our address is No 2/355 on Avvaiyar Street in M.A. Nagar. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. We work on homes and local developments. The office is straightforward and doesn’t have much in the way of decoration. We just need a desk and a phone to get things moving. Most of our work happens on the sites around Redhills and the surrounding areas. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now. Sometimes it’s a struggle with the logistics of getting materials out this way, but we figured it out over time. It’s just a small group of us running Chathurang Homes. We don't go for big presentations. We just show people what we've built and let that speak for itself. The 600052 area is growing, so there is always something to do. We spend a lot of time talking to the local crews. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don't have any grand claims to make. We just wake up, head to M.A. Nagar, and see what the day brings. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. We don't use fancy titles or have a big HR department. It’s just us and the builders getting things done every single day.
