Our base is at C31, Green Acres Villa in Kolapakkam. It’s a quiet enough area, which is nice when we come back from a long day at a dusty construction site. CABALLO CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know how to put buildings together. We’ve been operating out of Kolapakkam for a bit now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a lot. We do all sorts of building work, from small fixes to larger projects that take months of sweat and planning. We aren't the type to give you a twenty-page presentation. Usually, we just sit down, grab a coffee, and talk about what needs doing on your land. The name sounds a bit fancy, but we’re just regular people who show up in work boots every morning. Sometimes the delivery trucks can't find the villa address easily, which is always a bit of a headache, but we sort it out eventually. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a person to answer the phones 24/7. Usually, you’ll just get one of us directly on our mobiles. We like it that way because things don't get lost in translation. We keep our tools sharp and our plans simple.
