Bza Promoters Private Limited

We've been at 72 Thanikachalam Nagar for a while now. It's just a small office where we handle everything for Bza Promoters Private Limited. Most days you'll find us sitting around the desk dealing with paperwork or talking to people who drop by. It isn't anything fancy, just a workspace that gets the job done. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to be part of the local building scene. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get through the filing. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we handle property stuff. No big speeches or fancy brochures here. We just show up every morning and see what needs doing. The neighborhood has changed a bit since we first moved into this spot, but we're still here at the same address. It's a decent place to work. We know most of the people on the street by now. When we aren't out on a site, we're probably just here catching up on emails or making sure the bills are paid. It's a lot of work running a place like this, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our bit and go home at the end of the day feeling like we did something useful. We keep some old folders on the shelf and a few maps pinned to the wall that we’ve used for years.
