Our office is tucked away in G1 of the B K Apartments over on North Park Street. It’s a familiar spot in Venkatapuram, right here in Ambattur. At B.K.Constructions And Developers Privatelimited, we spend most of our time dealing with building plans and talking to contractors. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we need. You’ll usually find someone here from morning until evening, unless we are out at a site checking on how the walls are coming along. Ambattur is a big place, but this little corner of Venkatapuram feels like home to us. We’ve been at No. 19/36 for a good bit now. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from all the blueprints and files, but that's just how a construction office goes. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant. We’re just local people who know how to put a building together. If you’re walking down North Park Street, you might miss us if you aren't looking, but we’re there. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to make sure everything stays on track. It's hard work, and the weather doesn't always help, but we keep at it. Most of our neighbors know who we are. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay busy.
