You can find us at 11, Chennai - Tiruvallur High Road in Veppampattu. It’s a busy spot right on the main road, so there’s always a lot of traffic passing by our front door. We mostly deal with supplying drinks to the small shops and vendors in the local area. The building is a simple one-story place where we keep all the crates. It gets pretty loud with the buses and cars outside, especially in the evenings. We’ve been at this location for a long time now. My cousin and I manage the day-to-day work, like taking orders and making sure the delivery rickshaws are loaded up. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything corporate like that. We just know the local shopkeepers and they know us. Most of the day is spent checking the inventory and drinking tea with the drivers while they wait for their loads. The floor is usually covered in plastic wrap and empty crates. It’s not a fancy place, but it works for what we need. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. We don't make things more complicated than they need to be. It’s just about moving bottles from one place to another and making sure we get the count right. We like the neighborhood and the people around here.
