Our office is right there at No.1/460 on Mount Poonamallee Road in Ayyappanthangal. It’s a busy stretch of road and we have been operating out of this spot for a good while. We focus on the local property market and most of our time is spent on phone calls or going through heaps of paperwork. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity with a polished image. People come to us when they are trying to figure out what to do with their land or if they need a new place to stay. It’s mostly just sitting down at the desk and making sure all the details are right. The road outside is always full of noise from the buses and cars but we just keep our heads down and do the work. We deal with all kinds of people from different backgrounds. Ayyappanthangal is growing really fast these days and we see the changes every time we look out the window. We don’t use any fancy talk or try to push things that don't make sense for the person we are talking to. It’s just about being straightforward and helping with the real estate details that can get confusing. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the files because there’s always something that needs doing before the day ends. We know this area well because we are here every single day. Just a regular local office doing regular work on the main road.
