Up on the first floor at Plot 24 in Om Sakthi Nagar, we handle things for Aruna Shelters Private Limited. We are located in Vanagaram on Agaram Road, which is a part of Chennai that has seen a lot of growth lately. The office is in unit F-1, and it is a straightforward place where we sit and manage the housing work. The area around Chettiyar 600095 has its own pace, and we fit right into it. Most of our day is spent looking at land documents or talking to people about their new homes. We have a lot of files stacked up, and the walls have a few maps of the local layout so we can see where the plots are. It is not a very quiet office, as there is always someone coming in or the sound of the road outside, but we like the energy. We have a small staff and we all know what needs to be done, so we don't spend much time on long meetings. We just get to the work, whether it’s checking on a site or finishing up some legal paperwork. The office is functional and a bit crowded, but it works for us. We’ve been here for a bit now and know the neighbors and the way the traffic flows on Agaram Road. It is just our daily life, handling one shelter project at a time. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just a bunch of people doing the job as best we can every day.
