Amarnidhi Construction Private Limited is located over at No.9817, TNHB, on the Thiruverkadu Main Road in Ayapakkam. It’s easy to find us if you’re driving through the area. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit now. We do construction, which basically means we spend our time around cement mixers and blueprints. It’s not always pretty, and the yard gets messy sometimes, but that’s the reality of building things. There are a few of us who have been doing this for a long time, so we’ve seen a lot of changes in Ayapakkam over the years. We remember when some of these roads weren't even paved. Now, it’s a lot busier, which keeps us moving from one job to the next. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone when it rings, assuming we can hear it over the noise of the machinery. We try to keep things straightforward with people. No fancy talk, just telling them what can be done and how long it’ll probably take. Sometimes things go slower than we want because of the rain or waiting on parts, but we try to keep going. It’s a living, and it’s what we know how to do. The office at TNHB is where we keep the files and the heavy tools when they aren't being used. It's a practical setup for people who work with their hands.
