Adulation Abode Realities Private Limited is situated at No. 65/19 on West Mada Street in Kaladipet. If you know the Mada streets, you know they can get very crowded, especially during festival times. Our office is right in the heart of that activity. It’s a small space, but we’ve managed to fit in everything we need. We have a couple of desks pushed against the walls and a small shelf for our files. The door stays open most of the day to let in some air, even if it means a bit of dust comes in with it. We get a lot of people walking in just to ask questions or see what we’re up to. There’s a shop across the way that sells the best snacks, so someone is usually over there grabbing something for the group. We don't have a corporate vibe at all; it’s more like a neighborhood hub where we talk about real estate and land. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because we’re always coming in with mud on our shoes from visiting sites. We use an old whiteboard to keep track of our to-do list, though the markers are mostly dried up. It’s a humble setup, but it suits the way we work. We’re just local folks dealing with local reality, trying to stay organized in the middle of all the West Mada Street bustle.
