We are located on the fourth floor of a building on Ayanambakkam Road in Melayanambakkam. Aalayam Engineering And Constructions Private Limited is where we handle various building projects around this part of Chennai. Being on the fourth floor means we get a little bit of a breeze, but it is still a lot of work to keep things running. The office is usually full of maps and engineering drawings spread across the tables. We focus on construction and the engineering that goes behind it. Melayanambakkam is a bit of an industrial and residential mix, which keeps the types of projects we do varied. Some days we are working on small residential plans and other days it is something bigger. It is not always easy to get things right on the first try, so we spend a lot of time checking and re-checking our numbers.
