Sara Super Spices

We are located in the Orthodox Church Building here in Puramattom, right in the 383/Ii spot. Most people around Thiruvalla know the building well enough. It is a quiet place for the most part, and we spend our days dealing with spices. We get the raw stuff in, sort through it, and make sure it is ready for whoever needs it for their cooking at home. It isn't a fancy setup. We have our scales and our bags and we just get on with the work. The shop has been here for some time now. You can usually smell the pepper or the turmeric from the hallway before you even see the door. People stop by when they are heading to the church or just passing through the village. We don't do much advertising because most of our regulars live nearby anyway. It gets a bit busy in the mornings when the sun is coming through the windows and we are trying to get the orders packed up. We handle a bit of everything that goes into a local kitchen.
