Novel Drugs Limited is tucked away in Dever Colony, specifically at 72-A & B on the 1st Cross in Thillai Nagar. It's a decent spot, away from some of the heavier traffic you find in other parts of the city. We’ve been in this location for a while and it suits the way we work. The space is split between the A and B sections, which helps us keep different parts of the job separate. Thillai Nagar is a nice enough area to spend the day in. We have a few neighbors who are also in business, so it’s a bit of a mixed area. We don’t really do anything fancy here. Most of our day is spent at desks or moving around the facility to check on things. It’s a straightforward environment. We’ve got a small group of people who have been with us for a long time, so everyone knows the drill. We don't talk much about visions or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. There’s always plenty to do, and we just keep plugging away at it. It’s an honest day’s work in a quiet part of town. Sometimes we grab lunch nearby and then get right back to it. It's a routine that works.
