You can find us at 41/big-sourashtra st. in Woraiyur. It’s one of those narrow streets where you have to be careful when a bike passes by. Milan Tape Agency has been here for quite some time. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit steep. We spend our days surrounded by rolls of tape of all sizes and colors. It’s funny how much tape a person can see in a day and still find it interesting. We don't have a big showroom with lights and displays. Most of our stock is just piled up on wooden pallets or tucked into shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. The floor is a bit uneven, but it doesn't bother us much. We know the other shopkeepers on the street, and we often chat with them during the slower parts of the afternoon. It gets quite warm in the summer, and the ceiling fans don't do much more than move the hot air around. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us handling the orders and making sure the right tape goes to the right person. Woraiyur is a good place to be, it feels like a real community. We just keep doing what we do, day after day. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in, but we don't mind it too much since the street is quieter then.
