We are located out in Barwani District, specifically near the Bavan Gaja Jain Mandir. It's a quiet area most of the time, though we get some traffic from the temple visitors now and then. Campbell Agro Mfg. Industries Pvt. Ltd. started out small and we’ve just stayed here doing our thing ever since. The factory floor is usually pretty loud with the machines running, so we spend a lot of our time shouting over the noise to get things done. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets humid, but the crew here doesn’t complain much. We handle a lot of different agricultural manufacturing tasks. Nothing too flashy, just standard parts and equipment that the local farmers need for their fields. Most of our staff lives nearby in the district, so it feels like a community effort. We don’t have a big corporate office or a bunch of managers in suits. It’s mostly just folks in work clothes making sure the production line keeps moving. The roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard, but we’ve learned where to put the buckets. We keep our records in old filing cabinets and try to stay on top of the orders as they come in. If you're heading toward the Mandir, you'll see our gate on the side of the road. It is just a plain industrial building with a lot of history.
