S R F Enterprises is run out of Kunnummal House, which is 22D in Thenjeri. We are located in the Poovathikkal Post area of Malappuram. It is more of a home-based setup than a big corporate office. Because of that, things are a bit more relaxed here. We don’t have set hours that are strictly followed; we are usually around when someone needs us. The house is on a quiet road, and we like it that way. Malappuram is a nice place to live and work. We have been part of this community for a long time. Our work involves a lot of coordination and keeping track of different items. Sometimes the living room gets taken over by paperwork or samples. My family helps out when things get really busy. We don't have a big team or any fancy equipment. It is just us doing our best with what we have. Most of our business comes from people we already know in the neighborhood. Word of mouth is how we stay going. We don't feel the need to shout about what we do. If you need us, you just come to Kunnummal House. We’ll be there working on something. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far. It feels more personal when you know your customers by name. That's how we like it.
