Spm Solar Systems

Spm Solar Systems is a small operation located at 9/2B, North Street in M. Veerachinnammal Puram. It is a quiet village area, and most people here know each other by their first names. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It’s just me and a couple of helpers from the neighborhood. We set up shop on North Street because it’s close to where we live. Most of our work involves putting up solar panels for the local houses so they can have light when the power goes out, which happens quite a bit around here. We have a small storage room for the panels and the batteries. It’s not very organized, but we know where everything is. The people in Veerachinnammal Puram are hardworking and they don't like to waste money, so we have to be very practical with our advice. We don't use any big words or complicated explanations. We just show them how the sun can charge the battery and keep the fans running. Sometimes we have to travel to the next village over if someone hears about us and calls. We use an old pickup truck to carry the gear. It’s a slow life compared to the city, but we like it. We spend our evenings sitting outside the shop, talking to neighbors who walk by. It’s not a big business, but it’s ours and we are proud of the work.
