Monarch Industrial Products India Private Limited is located at No. 25 in the Sidco Industrial Estate. We have been here for quite some time, and our mail even goes to Post Box No. 3. Being in the Sidco estate means we are surrounded by a lot of other industrial companies. It is a busy place with a lot of noise and movement throughout the day. We focus on industrial products, so our space is mostly filled with stock and tools. It isn't the kind of place you would come for a fancy meeting, but it is great for getting work done. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. Some of us have been working at No. 25 for years. We've seen the estate grow and change over time. The roads inside Sidco can be a bit bumpy, especially after it rains. We just take it slow with the deliveries. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we'd rather spend that time on the products. It’s a very hands-on environment. Most of our day is spent checking inventory and making sure everything is ready for the trucks. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works for us. We just keep things moving and try to stay productive until the sun goes down. It is a solid, hardworking place to be every day.
