We are based out of Vvg Nagar, right in Ward No:9 of Lakshmipuram. It’s part of Periyakulam Taluk here in Theni. Rs Radhakrishnan Builders And Promoters Private Limited has been around this area for quite some time now. Our office at 177/50 is where most of the work happens, between the phone calls and the site visits. Theni is a beautiful place to live and work, and we like being part of the community here. We aren't some big city firm with a glass office. We are just local builders who know the land and the people in Lakshmipuram. Building things takes a lot of patience, and we’ve learned that over the years. Some days we are out in the sun all day, and other days we are stuck behind a desk in the office. It’s a mix. We don't use any fancy talk to describe what we do. We just build houses and promote land, plain and simple. People in the village know where to find us if they have questions. We’ve seen a lot of families move into the homes we’ve worked on. That’s the part that actually feels good. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. Life in Periyakulam moves at its own pace, and we’re happy to be a part of it.
