Obon Baby Shop

Our shop is located right on Madurai Main Road, not too far from the Collector Office. It’s a small place, labeled 354/G1, and we’ve been here for a while now. Dealing with baby items is what we do every day. It gets quite busy because of the location, with all the cars and bikes constantly zooming past outside. We have a lot of clothes, some toys, and the usual things parents need for their little ones. It’s mostly just us working here, trying to keep the shelves stocked and the floor somewhat clear, though it gets messy with all the boxes. Sometimes people stop in while they are on their way to do government work at the office nearby. The space isn't huge, so we have to stack things pretty high. It’s not a fancy boutique or anything like that. Just a regular shop where you can find practical things for babies. We spend a lot of time unpacking new arrivals and checking the sizes. The heat in Madurai can be a lot, so we keep the fan going all day long. We don't really have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is hidden. If you need something specific, you usually have to ask because we might have it tucked away in the back. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, open the shutters, and wait for the day to start.
