Menaka Mills

Menaka Mills is right on Vaigaidam Road. You can’t miss the building if you’re coming from the main intersection. It’s a busy spot, and the road is always full of traffic and dust from the passing trucks. We spend our days inside the mill, where it’s a bit noisy but we’ve all gotten used to it. The air always has that smell of raw materials and machinery oil. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a lobby with fancy plants or a big sign in the window. Most people who come here are just looking to pick up an order or drop off supplies. We’ve got a small team that has been together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. Sometimes the heat gets to be a bit much in the middle of the day, but we just take our breaks in the shade. We handle the milling side of things and keep an eye on the quality as best we can. It’s not a complicated operation, but it requires us to be on our feet quite a bit. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our work is done with our hands and the machines. Vaigaidam Road is a good place for us because it’s easy for the transport guys to find our gate. We just keep our heads down and work.
