MAZHIL NIDHI LIMITED

Our office is located at 1418/B, on the upstairs floor along Veerakaliamman Kovil Street here in Theni. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot once you’re here. We run a Nidhi company, which basically means we help local folks with their savings and small loans. Theni is a beautiful place, and the people on this street are like family to us. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The office isn't very large, just enough room for a few desks and a place for people to sit while we go over their papers. We don't use any of those complicated banking terms. We just speak plain Tamil and English so everyone understands what’s happening with their money. It’s important that people feel comfortable when they walk in. We don't have a big marketing budget or flashy signs. Just a board outside so people know where to find the entrance. Most of the time, it's just the sound of the ceiling fan and the pens clicking. We stay busy with the daily entries and talking to members about their plans. It’s a straightforward life. We aren't looking to change the world, just to provide a decent service for our neighbors in Theni. If you're near the temple street, you'll see where we are. It’s a simple operation, run by local people who have lived here for most of their lives. We just do our best.
