Rajenraj Associates is located at No- 3/54 in the Divya Complex. We are in the Boys Company area of Wellington. It’s a quiet and somewhat tucked-away spot, which we actually prefer over being on a main road. Our office is functional and doesn’t have any of the bells and whistles you might find in a big city firm. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of local knowledge about the Wellington area. We stay away from using fancy marketing strategies or trying to impress people with big words. We are just regular people who work in the property business. Most of our days are spent checking on different houses or pieces of land that have come up for sale or rent. We know the history of many of the buildings around here because we’ve been working in this complex for a long time. When someone comes to us, we just have a normal conversation about what they need and what their budget is. Sometimes we go for long walks to inspect a site because the terrain around here can be a bit hilly. We don’t have any polished mission statements. We just try to get the paperwork right and make sure everyone knows what they are getting into. It is a small operation, and we like it that way.
