Our shop at Nilgiris Organic Products Ltd is right on the Ooty Main Road, tucked in near Metro Plaza on Agraharam Street. If you have ever been up this way, you know how busy the road gets with tourists and locals. We mostly deal with stuff grown around the hills here. It is a lot of tea, honey, and oils that we get from the nearby farms. The place is not huge, but we keep it packed with whatever happens to be in season. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the weather or traffic on the main road, but that is just life in Ooty. We see a lot of people stopping by on their way out of town to grab something natural before they head back to the plains. The air here is always a bit cooler, which helps keep everything fresh. We try to keep things simple. You will not find flashy displays, just shelves full of the goods we source. My family has been around this area for a long time, so we know most of the people who bring their produce to us. It is a decent living, even if the rainy season makes things a bit slow sometimes. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down. People know they can find us easily because of the Metro Plaza landmark nearby.
