Our office, which we call Sivasakthi Nilayam, is located at 154A near the Savoy Hotel lane. Being up here in Udhagamandalam in the Nilgiri district is pretty nice, especially when the weather is cool. Nilgiribizz Global Multiservices Private Limited is what’s written on our registration. We handle a bunch of different services from this spot. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here sometimes if you’re walking, but the air is fresh. We aren't a massive operation. It’s just a few of us working in this building. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the local shortcuts. Sometimes tourists get lost near the Savoy Hotel and end up asking us for directions. We don't mind. Inside the office, it’s mostly just paperwork and phone calls. We try to stay busy throughout the week. Udhagamandalam is a unique place to run a business because it feels so different from the plains. We like the pace here. It’s not as rushed. Our name might sound big, but we are just local folks doing our jobs. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the door is open, you can just walk in.
