Starting out in Milidhane Village is a bit different than being in a big city. We are up here in the Nilgiris, near the Kotagiri post office area. Most days are pretty quiet, but we keep ourselves busy with the technical engineering work that needs doing. It is a residential address, so it’s not some fancy glass office. We mostly handle different types of engineering solutions for people who need them around this area. It gets quite cold in the early mornings, and sometimes the mist is so thick you can’t see the road. We started this because there was a need for this kind of work in the hills. We don't have a huge team of people, just a few of us who know our way around technical drawings and calculations. It can be hard to get certain parts up here sometimes, but we usually manage to figure it out. You’ll find us easily enough if you are familiar with the village layout. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or out at various sites nearby. It isn't anything glamorous or exciting. Just regular daily work to make sure things get built or fixed the right way. Sometimes the internet is slow, and that gets a bit annoying when we are trying to send large files. But that is just how it is living in a place like this. We have been here for a while and folks know our name.
