Our office is at Door No: 32/466/4 inside the Hamza Commercial Complex. It is right on Ooty Road, so there’s a constant hum of engines and horns outside our windows. Fila Developers Llp is basically a team of people who like to see things get built from the ground up. We spend most of our time at this address going over land records or talking to architects about what’s possible. The Hamza Commercial Complex is a busy spot, and sometimes finding our specific door can be a little confusing for first-timers. It’s a functional space with just enough room for the computers and the filing cabinets. We aren't big on flashy presentations; we’d rather just show you a map or a photo of a finished site. The Ooty Road location is convenient for getting out to our different projects, even if the traffic is a nightmare during the holidays. Inside, it’s mostly just us drinking tea and making sure the numbers add up. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s just a room where we get things done and try to keep our projects moving forward. We keep it simple because that’s the way we like to work. It’s a bit cramped when the whole crew is in, but we make it work and get home on time.
