Chaaru Priya Traders

Our shop, Chaaru Priya Traders, is situated at 789 Vinayagar Kovil Street in Ambigapuram. Being right on the street named after the temple means we see a lot of activity, especially during festival times. Aravankadu is a quiet enough place most of the year, and we like the community feel here. The building we are in is quite old, with thick walls that keep it somewhat cool even when it’s baking outside. We have a small counter at the front where we handle all our business. There is a big banyan tree not too far away where people often gather to talk, and sometimes we join them when we have a free moment. We don't have any corporate slogans or big posters on the walls. Mostly, we just have calendars and a few photos of the family. The work we do isn't glamorous, but it is steady. We know our neighbors well and often help each other out. If a customer is looking for something we don't have, we usually know exactly which shop on the next street will have it. That’s just how things work in Ambigapuram. We started this business because we wanted to work for ourselves, and it has been going okay so far. We don't need much, just enough to keep the place running and take care of our own. It’s a simple life on Vinayagar Kovil Street.
