Annai Super Market

Annai Super Market is located at 36, Pakkampadi Road in Periyeri. It's been around here for some time now. We open up pretty early in the morning, usually before the sun gets too hot. Most people around Periyeri stop by when they need something quick for dinner or if they ran out of sugar. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular building on the road. We spend a lot of time moving boxes around and making sure things are on the shelves where they belong. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late, which makes things a bit messy for a while, but that is just how it goes. The floor is concrete and we sweep it a couple of times a day, though dust always finds its way back in from the Pakkampadi Road. We carry the usual things like rice, pulses, and some household cleaners. It gets quite busy on the weekends when families come in to do their weekly shopping. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who live nearby and know the neighborhood. It's a quiet life mostly, just chatting with the regulars and making sure the inventory is okay. We don't really do advertisements or anything like that. People just know where we are. If you are passing through Periyeri, you will see us right there at number 36. It’s a practical place for practical needs, nothing more than that really.
