Our office is located in the Rekhapark Apartments on Adajan Road in Surat. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are in a residential-style building at E-503. It makes the workday feel a little more comfortable and less like a cold warehouse. We handle a lot of the paperwork and coordination for the glass business from here in Gujarat. The area around 394710 is usually quite lively, with plenty of shops and people walking around. We have a small desk setup and a lot of files to keep track of. It’s not a place where we wear ties or have fancy receptionists. We mostly just answer the phone and talk to customers about what they need. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a while, so we just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big marketing talk. We just focus on the details of the orders and make sure the glass gets to where it’s supposed to go. Most of us have worked here for years and we know the routine inside out. We have tea together in the mornings and plan out the day’s tasks. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work. We don’t go for anything flashy or over-the-top. It’s just us doing our jobs in Surat, making sure everything runs as smoothly as it can. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always the same.
