Tps Agro

Down in Village Napham Ayyampettai, near the Post Office in Chettichaphiram, is where Tps Agro is based. We are right off the NH-Kovilvelleni road in the Thiruvarur district. Being out in the village means our lives are tied to the seasons and the weather. When it rains, everything slows down and we spend more time talking in the shed. When it’s harvest time, nobody has a minute to breathe. Our setup is pretty basic, just a few buildings and some open space for the equipment. We work with the local farmers and most of the people who help us out live just down the road. It’s a quiet life compared to the big cities, and we prefer it that way. The road outside is busy with trucks, but once you step back into the village, it’s all green fields and birds. We don’t have a website or any of that fancy stuff. Most people just find us because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. We handle the crops and the seeds as they come in. It’s dusty work and our clothes are usually dirty by the end of the day. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just trying to do our part in the farming cycle here in Thiruvarur. It’s honest work and it feels right to us. We just keep our heads down and work.
