Thanjavur Benefit Fund Nidhi is located in the SIDCO Complex on NK Road. We are on the first floor, specifically on the eastern side of Block 80. This is the 2nd part of NK Road. It’s a big complex with many different businesses, so you have to look for the TS.NO.3549 part of the building. Thanjavur is a place with deep roots, and we try to reflect that in how we work. We aren't a big bank with thousands of branches. We are just here in this one spot. The office is full of files and the sound of people talking. We deal with the local community every day. Most of our members are people we see at the market or around town. It’s a Nidhi company, so it’s really about mutual benefit for everyone involved. We don't use any complicated financial language. If someone has a question, we just explain it simply. The SIDCO Complex is a busy hub, which makes it convenient for people to visit us while they’re out running errands. It’s a no-frills kind of place. We focus on keeping the records accurate and the members happy. There’s no big corporate headquarters, just us in Block 80. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay. It’s just regular people helping other regular people with their savings and loans. The climb up to the first floor keeps us fit. We usually keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through the eastern side.
