Rima Realty is located over on Motilal Street in Kumbakonam. It is a bit of a tight street, like most of the ones around here, but it stays active. Our address is 68/828/2, which is easy enough to find once you get onto the main stretch. Kumbakonam is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we get a lot of walk-ins who just want to chat about property prices or what is happening with the new developments near Thanjavur. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep our ledger and meet with people. We have a couple of fans that struggle with the afternoon heat, but we make do. Mostly, we are looking at papers and trying to make sure all the numbers add up for the folks who come to us. There is always a lot of noise from the bells and the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't spend money on big advertisements because people usually find us through word of mouth anyway. We have been in this spot for a while now, and we know the street pretty well. It’s just us doing our thing, trying to stay on top of the local real estate scene without making too much of a fuss about it. We just open up the shutters in the morning and see what the day brings us.
