Orient Builders Private Limited

We have our office at No: 21/A in Yagappa Nagar, Thanjavur. Orient Builders has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen how much this area has changed over the years. Our building is nothing special to look at, just a regular place where we keep our tools and our records. We spend most of our time out at different sites around the city. Thanjavur is a place with a lot of history, and sometimes building new things here feels a bit different than in other cities. We have to deal with the heat and the narrow streets which makes getting materials to the site a real challenge. Usually, we are on the phone with the brickyard or the cement guys trying to get them to hurry up. Our office is a bit of a mess with blueprints and empty snack packets, but we know where everything is. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people seeing our work and asking who built it. It’s honest, hard work and it gets us out of the house every day. We’ve got a good group of local guys who work with us. Sometimes things go slow, especially during the festival seasons, but we eventually get the job finished. We’re just a bunch of builders trying to make things work in a town we know well.
