We have been operating out of No.18 in Anna Nagar for several years now. It is situated right in the Eswari Nagar area on Medical College Road. People usually drop by when their gadgets are acting up or if they need some specific tech help. It gets quite lively around here because the medical college is just down the road. We basically just handle the day-to-day stuff, fixing whatever comes across the counter and helping people figure out what parts they need to buy. The shop can get a little disorganized with all the cables and tools lying around, but we generally know where everything is kept. It is a small, practical space that suits what we do perfectly. We just keep our heads down and try to get the work finished by the time we said we would. There isn't anything fancy about how we work, it is just a lot of hardware and us trying to make it all run right. If you are walking along Medical College Road, you will probably notice our sign. We have known the people in this neighborhood for a long time. It is a nice spot to be in. We don’t really do any big advertising or anything like that. Mostly folks just hear about us through word of mouth or they stop in while they are out doing their regular errands. We keep the doors open and stay busy with the work that comes in.
