Nikalam Exports

Nikalam Exports is based at No. 2 on Lingathadi Street in Swamimalai. It’s a small town and the street isn't very long, so we are easy enough to find if you are in the area. Our office is just a simple room at the front of the building. We have a few chairs and a big table where we do most of our work. It’s usually pretty quiet around here, except for the occasional scooter passing by or the sound of the neighbors talking. We don't have a big warehouse attached to us; we mostly handle the administrative side of things from this address. The walls are a bit bare and we don't have any fancy signs, just a small one by the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails. Swamimalai is a peaceful place to work, and being on Lingathadi Street means we aren't right in the middle of the main market traffic. We start our day around nine and usually wrap things up by early evening. There isn't much drama or excitement here at Nikalam Exports. We just focus on getting our orders right and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a straightforward business and we like to keep it that way. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we all know each other well. It’s a very comfortable, low-key environment for us. We often have a long break in the middle of the day when it gets too hot to think.
