Words Worth Book Store

Our little bookstore is over at Mig-36 on Marudham Street in the New Housing Unit area of Tanjor. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly. We have shelves filled with all sorts of things, some new and some that have been sitting there a bit longer. It smells like paper and old ink inside, which I personally like. We don't have those fancy coffee machines or big armchairs you see in the big city shops. Just rows of books and a counter where we sit. Sometimes people come in just to browse and we don't mind that at all. It’s nice to see people still interested in reading physical books. We try to keep the stacks tidy but sometimes they get a bit messy when we get new stock in. Tanjor is a place with a lot of history, so we try to keep some local stuff on the shelves too. The street can be a bit hard to find if you aren't from around here. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. It's just me and a couple of others helping out. We spend our afternoons unpacking boxes and checking off lists. It isn't a high-speed business, but it's what we do. If you're looking for something specific, we usually have to dig around a bit to find it. We also keep some pens and notebooks for the students who live nearby. It’s a bit dusty but we like it.
