New Gulf Dates (Opc) Private Limited

Our office is over on 2nd Street in Jayalakshmi Nagar, specifically at No. 314. We are right off MC Road here in Thanjavur. New Gulf Dates is a small setup, what they call an OPC, so it’s a pretty tight operation. We spend our time dealing with dates, which is a bit different from the usual rice business you see around Thanjavur. We have been here in the 613004 zip code area for some time now. The street can get a little crowded with traffic from MC Road, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. Inside our place, it’s mostly just boxes of dates being sorted and shifted around. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just get the dates in, make sure they are okay, and then send them out to whoever needs them. It is a straightforward business model and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. Sometimes we have a lot of stock and the space feels a bit small, but we make it work. Most people in the neighborhood know us as the date people. It’s good to be part of the local community here in Jayalakshmi Nagar. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day, one box at a time. If someone stops by, we are usually busy, but we always have time for a quick chat. It is just the way we do things here.
