Maharishi Viday Mandir

If you take the Mailaduthurai Main Road out towards Ammachathiram, you will find us in the Premier Hi Tech City area. It’s a bit of a long name for the location, but most folks in Kumbakonam know the way. The school stays pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. We have our gates right there near the main road, so you hear the buses and bikes passing by all day long. The sun hits the building pretty hard in the afternoons, so we try to keep the classrooms airy. Maharishi Viday Mandir has been part of this landscape for a while. We have students coming from all over the Kumbakonam - 612103 area. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of benches and blackboards. The hallways are narrow, and they get crowded when the bell rings. It’s not a quiet place, especially when the younger kids are out for their break. We have a routine that we follow every single day. The office staff is usually busy with paperwork or talking to parents who drop by. Ammachathiram is a decent spot to be in, even if the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We just focus on getting through the day and making sure the classes are running. It is a simple setup, but it works for the community here. There is always a lot of activity near the entrance, and things rarely slow down before the evening.
