Impressive Impressions

If you find Leena Complex at number 54, you will see us there in Modilal Nagar. Kumbakonam gets pretty busy, but our little corner in the complex stays mostly focused on the paper and the ink. I have been working with these machines for a while now. They have their own moods, honestly. One day they run smooth and the next day they need a lot of cleaning. The shelves are mostly full of different kinds of paper stock and some half-finished projects. We do not really do much decor here, it is just a workplace with a lot of heavy equipment. Sometimes the noise from the street comes in through the door, but usually, the sound of the rollers spinning is louder. I drink a lot of coffee while waiting for the larger prints to finish. It gets a bit dusty with all the paper being cut, so we are always wiping things down. My desk is a mess of order forms and pens that mostly do not work. Neighbors from the other shops in the complex pop in to chat now and then. We have some samples taped to the wall just to show what we did last month. It is not a big corporate office, just a place where we get the printing done. Most people who come in have been coming here for years. We just try to get the colors right and hand the work over when it is ready.
