Icici Lombard Gic Ltd

Our office is sitting on Plot 319 in Jayalakshmi Nagar, which is right by the Medical College Post in Thanjavur. It’s a convenient spot for people living on this side of town. We are part of the Icici Lombard Gic Ltd group, but here on the ground, it’s just a small group of us working in a plain building. The area around the medical college is always moving, so we get a fair amount of walk-in traffic. The office inside is mostly filled with desks and stacks of insurance documents. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free at their desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking details on our screens. People come here when they have had an accident or need to update their health insurance. We just try to get the facts right and help them fill out the forms correctly. It’s practical, everyday work. The office can get a bit dusty because of the road outside, so we are always cleaning up a bit. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just help people get their insurance papers processed so they can get on with their lives. It’s a standard, no-nonsense setup for the folks here in Thanjavur.
