FIASCO PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is on the first floor at Raja Nagar, No-19. We are right near the Saraboji College post in Thanjavur. It’s a decent area, quite a few students around usually. We go by the name Fiasco Properties, which we know is a bit unusual, but it’s just the name on the papers. We deal with real estate and property management here. The office is one of those standard first-floor spaces. You have to walk up the stairs, and it’s usually a bit cooler up there than on the street level. We have our files organized in metal cabinets. Thanjavur has a lot of history, and you can feel it even in the newer parts of town. We spend our days tracking down titles and talking to buyers. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work. We have a small table for tea and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't bother with fancy decorations. We just want to make sure the records are right. People come in with all sorts of questions about land. We do our best to find the answers. It’s a small operation. We like being in this part of Thanjavur. It’s close enough to the main things but quiet enough to get some work done without too many distractions. We keep it simple and just do our business.
