ECOSPAN CONSTRUCTION is based out in Pattukkottai. You can find our office at 53 A on Kadai Street in the Keel Pagam area. Pattukkottai is a nice town in the Thanjavur district. It’s not as fast-paced as Chennai, but there’s still plenty of building work to be done. We are a local construction company and we’ve been working around here for a good while. Our office is very basic. It’s just a room where we can sit down, look at plans, and make our phone calls. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big sales team. It’s usually just us and our site supervisors. We spend a lot of time traveling to different sites in the area. The roads can be a bit rough sometimes, but that’s just part of the job. We work with local masons and laborers who we’ve known for a long time. It’s a matter of trust. We don't use any complicated business language. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to be difficult, we say so. Building things is messy work. There’s always dust and noise, and something usually goes wrong at least once during a project. We just figure out how to fix it and keep going. We like the community here and we’re proud to see the houses and structures we’ve built standing tall. It’s just a regular local business doing what we can to earn a living.
