Our place, Zista Exim, is located right in the Shanti Shopping Centre, Shop C-95, just opposite the railway station in Mira Road East. Being so close to the station means there is always a huge crowd and plenty of noise, but it makes it very easy for people to find us. We are part of the Shanti Shopping Centre Premises CHS Ltd. It is a busy market environment, and we have been here in Thane for quite a while now. Our office is usually filled with papers and samples because we handle a lot of import and export stuff. It is not a fancy corporate setup by any means. We have shelves full of files and boxes tucked into every corner. We spend our days on the phone or checking emails, trying to coordinate everything that goes across the borders. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a shipment is delayed or the paperwork is being particularly difficult, but that is just how the exim business goes for us. We do not use any big marketing slogans or mission statements. We are just a group of people working out of a shop in a shopping centre. We appreciate the convenience of the location even if it gets a bit loud with the trains passing by all day. We focus on getting the tasks finished and keeping our records straight. It is a straightforward business, and we try to keep it that way without making things complicated.
