Our place is in the Ravi Compound over in Panchpakhadi, Thane West. It’s a bit of an industrial setting, which makes sense for what we do with glass. If you come by, you’ll likely hear the sound of cutting or loading crates. We deal with glass in all sorts of sizes, and it’s heavy, tricky work. We’ve got a small crew here, and everyone knows their job. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We’re usually in work clothes, dealing with the dust and the heat of the warehouse. The compound can get pretty crowded with trucks, so we have to be careful when moving the big sheets around. We don’t spend a lot of time on fancy meetings. Most of our communication happens while we’re actually working or over a quick break. We focus on getting the measurements right because if we don’t, the glass is useless. It’s a lot of physical labor, and by the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired. We’ve been in Thane for a while and we’re used to the way things work around here. We just try to get the orders out on time and make sure nothing breaks in the process. It’s honest work, and we don’t try to make it sound like anything more than it is.
