Z Plus Security System'S Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 4, Siddhivinayak CHS, on Plot-90 in Sector 01 of Koperkhairne. This part of Navi Mumbai is pretty organized, but it still has that busy suburban feel. Our office is inside the residential society building, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a corporate park. We deal with security systems, so there are always cameras and sensors lying around the office. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with people or looking at diagrams on our screens. The office is a bit cramped because we have so much gear stored in the corners. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that squeak a little when they’re on high speed. The light in the hallway is usually a bit dim, but once you step into our unit, it’s all bright lights and messy desks. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We bring our own lunch boxes and eat together at the main table when we have the time. It’s a very low-key environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or a big sign. We just focus on the security hardware and making sure everything is working like it’s supposed to. It’s a basic, functional space where we spend most of our waking hours during the week.
