Yates Desbuild Jv

Our spot is near Chowdhari Chawl in Samarat Nagar, specifically at Pramod Nikam’s place in Thakurpada. Mumbra is a crowded area, so getting to the office at 400612 can take longer than you’d think. Yates Desbuild Jv is a joint venture, which basically means we have people from different backgrounds all crammed into one space trying to coordinate. The office is close to the residential blocks, so you can always hear the sounds of the neighborhood—kids playing, motorbikes revving, and people shouting to each other. It is a very lived-in part of Thane. Inside, it is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of files. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map of the area. We work on various local projects and spend a lot of time arguing over deadlines or waiting for deliveries to arrive through the narrow streets. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just a group of people working out of a chawl-adjacent office in Mumbra. It is noisy and sometimes the electricity is patchy, but we get the work done eventually. It is just a regular job in a busy part of Maharashtra. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of that. We just work and go home.
